When will my order be delivered?
We work with Deutsche Post/DHL within Germany/EU and Royal Mail in the UK. Ordered on workdays before 3:30 PM, delivered the next day (for Germany and UK orders). No deliveries on Sunday, Monday and public holidays. Shipments are provided with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can find out where your order is located and when your order is expected to be delivered to you. When you receive your order, the postal worker will ask you to sign for receipt.
What are the shipping costs?
All packages are sent by registered mail with Deutsche Post/DHL and/or Royal Mail. You pay a fixed € 5.00 for shipping and packaging costs for Germany/EU and the UK.
Do we also ship outside Germany?
Yes, we also deliver outside Germany and the EU! For an overview of the countries where we deliver and the respective delivery times, see the table below. For information about the shipping costs to one of these countries, choose the desired country of delivery in your shopping cart. The shipping costs are immediately visible. As soon as we send the package, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your package from start to finish.

Can I provide a different delivery address?
If you know in advance that you will not be able to accept your order at home (billing address), you can also provide us with an alternative shipping address. We will then ensure that your order is delivered to the address you require.
